The Problem of Evil: Seven Points

One   Some have argued that evil and suffering are logically incompatible with the existence of God. This argument can be set out quite simply:

i)   A wholly good being always eliminates evil as far as he can.

ii)  There are no limits to what an omnipotent and omniscient being can do.

The Argument from Consciousness in Eight Quick Points

1) We cannot directly observe another creature’s consciousness, and we cannot measure or quantify conscious experiences. If we could describe every physical fact about a bat’s brain in every detail, we would still not have a description of what the bat experiences.
