The Resurrection: What Paul Saw

The testimony of the apostle Paul for the resurrection of Jesus Christ is often overlooked or misinterpreted. Some allege that Acts and Paul’s letters suggest that Paul had a vision or hallucination on the road to Damascus. Others argue that Paul did not believe that Jesus physically rose from the dead; rather, Paul believed that Jesus survived in spiritual form.

The Problem of Evil: Seven Points

One   Some have argued that evil and suffering are logically incompatible with the existence of God. This argument can be set out quite simply:

i)   A wholly good being always eliminates evil as far as he can.

ii)  There are no limits to what an omnipotent and omniscient being can do.
